Teachers
: Neema Majmudar & Surya Tahora
Dates
: 20-24 August 2016
Location
: Witzenhausen (between Kassel and Göttingen), Germany
Subject
: Drk- Drishya Viveka (Discrimination between Seer and the Seen)

Drk-Drishya Viveka is a popular text on Vedanta studied by many in the advaita-tradition. The text addresses questions such as:

  • What is the root cause of our suffering?
  • How does one gain liberation that puts an end to all forms of grief?
  • What is discrimination between the self and the non-self?
  • How to understand the difference between the two?

In the process, the entire life transforming vision of Vedanta is unfolded in a very lucid manner.

Along with meditations and meditative movements in the morning.

Comments of participants :

It is hard to put it in words to describe how wonderful the retreat was. The text Drk-Drishya Viveka was vast, complex and rich but you made it so interesting and captivating. It was a special time for me to sit and absorb all the nuances of the text. I would like to express my big gratitude for the gift you gave to me in the form of this life changing teaching.
