: This workshop was held in two parts.

-The first part, on 19 August, unfolded the “Vision of Oneness” through the essential equation of Vedanta, Tat Tvam Asi, You are That. We looked into the nature of I (tvam), and into the nature of the cause of the universe (tat) and help see how this equation could be resolved. Along with guided meditations relevant to the meaning of the words tvam and tat and their essential non difference.

-The second part, on 20 August, was about “Living the Vision of Oneness” in our lives; in managing desires, making decisions, responding to results, gain mastery over emotion and learn meditative practices for the pursuit of Oneness.
