Comments of participants :

'This retreat made me look at everything differently...the immediate feedback I received from my family and friends is that they see a significant change in my behavior. Neema and Surya have really got us wanting to learn more as their teaching method is fantastic, nourishing both our intellect and emotions.
Thanks to Matra classes, Yoga and personal health has taken a whole new dimension for me. Suddenly I am looking forward to my yoga practices and it is becoming a routine.
And finally I can congratulate myself for taking these 10 days off which I never thought I could...In addition to changing my perspective on a lot of things I have given myself the amazing opportunity to befriend some amazing people.'

I have been wanting to write about my impressions about this retreat since a few days, but language is very limiting no matter how sophisticated! If only this heart could speak I could express what it meant for me.
During the course I realized beauty in the highest and deepest sense of the word in humanity especially through actions of the teachers as well as the participants. Surya and Neema, for a generation like ours you are such a big inspiration. In a superficially educated world,we need this kind of a depth in teaching  which becomes catalyst for our transformation. This course has left me desperately hungry to know more.
It is not only the teaching, but the way we all related to each other showed me that loving relationships are possible even today! Being brought up in surroundings where relationships are so empty and meaningless, this retreat brought a ray of light so strong that it completely dispelled the darkness and pre conceived notions of my mind.
I have much more gratitude for you all within me than I could express.'
Chandrika, Yoga teacher, Pune, India

'A supremely joyous retreat ! It is really special to find yourself in the midst of an environment and people that result in such meaningful interactions – I can't help going back to the discussions on the power of prayer, and other topics such as mithya (apparent reality) and satyam (real).  I really appreciated the ways in which ‘what is real’ was analyzed and the power of prayers was unfolded. It made many facets of my existence more clear, and made me question many concepts and ideas that I had taken for granted. Neema and Surya, a heartfelt thank you to both of you.'
