Strictly no refunds are provided for any of our Programs: Live Online Classes, (Ongoing Courses, Time Defined Courses), Customised Events (In-person and Online), Online Self Study Classes and Retreats. However, carrying forward a credit may be possible in exceptional cases, at our sole discretion.
Cancellations on any Retreats or Customised Events need to be made 30 days before the start of the event. You will however not receive any refund of the amount paid as deposit fee for such events, even if you informed us of your cancellation 30 days before the event.
Once you have committed to attend a Program, it is your responsibility to attend all of the scheduled sessions and there are no refunds or reductions for sessions not attended.
We reserve the right to cancel any Customised Event (In-person and Online) and Retreat for any reason, and we will do so only in the event of exceptional circumstances. If we are unable to offer the Customised Event or Retreat as advertised, or if there are, in our opinion, insufficient numbers booked for the Customised Event or Retreat for it to be a viable learning opportunity, we will notify you promptly. We will refund you the full amount you have paid us in respect of the Customised Event or Retreat. We will not, however, be responsible for any additional expenses which you may have incurred in respect of the Customised Event or Retreat. For example, in respect of travel, accommodation or any other arrangements.
If you make a booking for any Program on behalf of another person, you warrant to us that you have their authority to do so.
We will not tolerate abusive or threatening behavior, or language of a profane or discriminatory nature, at any Program or in any communication with our teachers or organizers. We reserve the right to exclude anyone behaving in such a way from a Program, or from further participation in a Program, without refund of any amounts paid, and to refuse to permit that person to participate in any further Programs.
