A few words to express my gratitude for these wonderful days we had in Speyer with Surya and Neema. The theme of the session 'Freedom in Relationships’ from a Vedanta perspective was a call to me. The benefits of these two days were rich in many ways: objective and powerful grounding in Vedanta principles, hands-on tools such as role playing, accompanied by physical exercises. The discussions highlighted the different aspects - costs and benefits - of the relationships we forge on a daily basis, and reflecting on what is driving us deep inside at any given moment. A few weeks later, as I write these lines, your teachings still have the same resonance, and I realise that they have given lasting impetus to the way I look at the relationships and their quality. Last but not least, Yoga Vidya Center was a wonderful location to welcome the group (and Speyer Village, brought a peaceful context with its beautiful streets and bridges ). Shakti was very helpful and very nice. Looking forward to see you again next year... in France.
