It is very clear to me from the last 10 days that this teaching can not be self-taught by reading books. One needs a competent teacher to unravel layers that are contained within this profound teaching. I have to listen to the recordings of the classes again and again through the year to capture all the nuances that were brilliantly unfolded by Neema. The chanting was very healing for the heart and Tai Chi for the body.
These 10 days can't be compared to any other events in our life. I am now ready for a one year course and request Neema & Surya to conduct it.
