I want to thank you both and express my gratitude for the memorable retreat. It was one of the richest times I remember. What made it so rich was the beauty and wonder of the teaching. Taittiriya Upanishad really deepened my understanding in various subtle ways. The combination of Upanishad in the morning and Gita in the evening was perfect. I also enjoyed the Vedic and Bhagavad Gita chanting and Yoga Nidra sessions in the afternoon. The togetherness of the group was very special - everyone connected with everyone - in a very light and open way. What a gift. Besides the class room teaching, our walks in the nature, eating and spending time together meant a lot to me. The Yoga Vidya Center surrounded by green trees, the nature and all the images of Ganesha, Shankaracharya and other deities made the environment very spiritual and conducive to learning. I could go on and on as there is so much more to say at so many levels. However, I would end with saying that no words can really express how it was and what it meant to me.
